Dr. Eugene Chow is an Associate Director at Raytheon, an RTX Company. where he drives strategic research projects. He serves on the Microsystem Exploratory Council of the U.S. Defense Advanced Research Project Agency, leading studies in novel fabrication methods. He is an advisor for Silicon Catalyst, and semiconductor hardware incubator. He was previously at Xerox PARC for 22 years, as a principal scientist, microsystems group manager, and strategy leader. There he lead projects in printing, MEMS, semiconductor packaging and testing, drug delivery, and sensors. He pioneered and lead multiple research projects developing assembly printers, a fundamental new tool for materials and electronics integration. He has collaborated extensively with leading corporate research labs (including multiple electronics companies in Asia), government agencies, universities, and startups. He has over 100 patents and over 60 publications. He earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, an M.S. Engineering Management and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from the University California, Berkeley.
