E-Poster Presentation includes:

  • E-posters will be displayed in the conference venue as per the decided schedule

  • Abstracts will be published in Conference Proceedings Book

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

  • Poster must be with important information which can be readable and visible from about 10 feet away
  • It must include the abstract title, author and coauthor names, the institution(s), e-mail address, phone, and fax numbers with content underway
  • Content should be short and to the point
  • High resolution images should be used for better visibility
  • Data should be presented in the form of graphs to make content more evident and simple tables format (avoid large tables)
  • Word count should be minimum with 300-800 words should be divided into sections as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and Literature Cited (avoid using too many citations)
  • Content should not be in all capital letters
  • Poster size should be approximately 1 x 1 m size
  • Presenters must hand-carry their poster to the conference, using tubular packaging or a portfolio case
  • Provided with flipchart for attaching the poster
  • The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the work presented

Video Presentation Guidelines:

  • Record a video of the presentation in which the screen will show slide presentation in presentation mode along with that include the thumbnail speaker view in the corner of your screen as you speak, but you can turn your video off and only show your slides if you prefer.
  • Video should be in MPEG-4 (.mp4) file which can be readable through both Mac book and windows system.
  • Use good quality microphone while recording that the resulting audio is clear and easily understood.
  • All slides of your presentation should be formatted for easy understanding of the information on each slide and take a pause wherever necessary.
  • Should include all the corresponding author details along with email ID, contact number for any further Questions from the attendees.
  • The length of the presentation should be time length allotted in the final program or you can concern the program manager.
  • Please once check thoroughly before submitting for presentation.
